This isn’t a “learn as you go” position—you’ll be responsible for leading and implementing our Proteus programming across the clinic as well as lead and program adult and youth group training classes.

Responsibilities
- Lead all Proteus system programming and implementation
- Lead all adult and youth programming and follow our CAPE SOP
- Design and execute strength & conditioning programs for rehab and performance clients
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists to ensure seamless care
- Track progress, adjust programs, and deliver measurable results
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, energy, and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- CSCS certification (required)
- Strong background in strength & conditioning and performance training
- Experience with or willingness to quickly master Proteus technology
- Self-starter mentality — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- High energy, high standards, and attention to detail
- Ability to coach, lead, and hold clients accountable
